Giants-Raiders: A "Bizarro Super Bowl" Where Losing Wins Big

The Giants and Raiders, both saddled with crippled offenses and tied at 2-13, face off in a lackluster game where the loser secures the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft.

The winner of the AFC faces the winner of the NFC in the Super Bowl six weeks from now. This Sunday's matchup between the Giants and Raiders is the inverse—call it the "bizarro Super Bowl."

Instead of the Lombardi Trophy, the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft goes to the loser. The winner gets nothing but a loss.

Two Broken Offenses Face Off

Both teams limp into Sunday with identical 2-13 records and crippled offenses.

Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart has collapsed since head coach Brian Daboll's November firing. Last week against the Vikings, Dart managed just 33 passing yards and 7 rushing yards. He's playing without his top two weapons—receivers Malik Nabers and running back Cam Skattebo—both sidelined by injuries.

The Raiders are no better off. Star tight end Brock Bowers, their best pass-catcher, is out for the season with a knee injury.

The offensive output tells the story: Las Vegas ranks dead last in scoring with just over 14 points per game. New York isn't far behind at 23rd in the league with under 21 points per game.

Expect an Ugly, Low-Scoring Affair

This is a collision of two historically bad offenses missing key pieces. The result should be predictable: a grinding, low-scoring disaster.

PICK: Under 41.5 points scored by both teams combined
